Performance Management

Sidra Medicine’s management team maintains heavy involvement in our facilities’ performance to ensure it meets the mandatory reporting requirements set by Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health (MoPH). Key areas of governance are reported regularly to the MoPH to provide assurance that we are meeting the national standards for quality and patient safety.

The performance management process includes retrospective reporting, regular forecasting and also real-time monitoring of operational performance in the Sidra Medicine facility across our core clinical functions where care is provided to our patients.
