Sidra Medicine offers many services to make discharge from the hospital easier. You can learn about available services on the following pages:
Birth Registration and Certificate Services
Birth registration forms and birth certificate requests for newborns at Sidra Medicine can be submitted in-person during the following hours:
Morning timings from Sundays to Thursdays (except public holidays)
7:30 AM – 1:30 PM
Please ensure all required documents and forms are completed prior to submission to avoid delays in processing.
For additional guidance on birth registration requirements, kindly refer to the Ministry of Public Health (MOPH).
Pharmacy and Supply Store
Main Pharmacy
Our main pharmacy is located at the hospital building (Tower A) plaza level, from 7:00 AM to 8:00 pm to serve all patients.
For medication and nutrition home delivery requests, call 4003 3333, or order via Sidra Medicine website from Sunday to Thursday, 7:00 am to 12:00 pm.
Pharmacy staff will advise on the delivery date and time
Women’s Pharmacy
Women’s Pharmacy is located at the outpatient clinic 4th floor from 7:30am to 3:30pm.
Patient Supply Store:
Patient supply store is open Sunday to Thursday, 7:30 am to 4.00 pm.
