Global Patient Services
If you are planning to travel from overseas to Sidra Medicine for treatment, the Global Patient Services team will support throughout your time at our hospital. From your first interaction with our medical staff until the time you return home, our team will be with you at every step of the way.
- Sidra Medicine now accepts electronic referrals only. Paper-based referrals are no longer accepted.
- Non-government entities (e.g., private hospitals, clinics, and centers) must use Sidra Medicine’s online referral submission form. Please ensure that all fields are completed accurately to prevent processing delays.
- Refer to our Physicians Referral Guidelines to access our public services. Patients who do not meet the criteria outlined in this guide or fall outside Sidra Medicine’s tertiary care scope may be redirected to PHCC or HMC for primary or secondary care.
- Alternatively, such patients may choose to receive care at Sidra Medicine on a self-pay or insured basis, subject to service availability and financial counseling.
- Schedulers will contact patients once the referral is received and triaged to confirm their appointment.
- If you or your referring physician have any questions, please call 4003 3333 and ask to be connected to the referral center or email physicianconnect@sidra.org.
