Muthana Al-Salihi
Dr. Muthana Al-Salihi is an Attending Physician at Sidra Medicine specializing in Pediatric Urology and Pediatric Kidney Transplantation. He is also Assistant Professor of Surgery at Weill Cornell Medicine–Qatar and Associate Program Director of the Pediatric Urology Fellowship Program.
Dr. Al-Salihi completed his medical degree at Baghdad University and pursued advanced training in pediatric surgery and urology, achieving both Arab and European Board certifications. He subsequently completed an ACGME-I accredited Pediatric Urology Fellowship at Sidra Medicine under the mentorship of Prof. Pippi Salle, followed by fellowship training in Kidney Transplantation at Hospital do Rim in São Paulo, Brazil.
His clinical practice focuses on congenital anomalies of the urinary tract, reconstructive and minimally invasive surgery, pediatric kidney transplantation, and complex pediatric urological conditions. In addition to his clinical work, Dr. Al-Salihi is actively involved in medical education, fellowship training, and research, with contributions to international publications and academic programs.
