  • Minimal wait times for your appointments

  • We offer assisted reproductive help to women over 40, as well as those who already have children
  • We include Electronic witnessing for additional safety and prevention of errors through misidentification of gametes and embryos and have the option for time-lapse imaging where we track the development of the embryo and study cell division in real time inside the incubator
  • Women will have the option for their husband to be present for all or part of their consultations and procedures as per their wishes
  • We also consider test results from outside of Sidra provided that they comply with our standards
  • One on one briefings and educational evenings regarding fertility treatment options
  • Access to a range of support services, including nutrition and counseling

What’s next?

  • An initial consultation will be scheduled that includes both the female and male patients

  • Appointments take 90 minutes and may include an ultrasound performed by the physician

  • Blood samples are drawn from the female and male patients

Semen Analysis

  • At the initial consultation, a semen analysis is scheduled for three days later.

  • If a male patient wishes to have a semen analysis done without further treatment, the results will be provided 3-4 days later.

Follow-up appointment

  • The physician reviews the results of the ultrasound, blood tests, and semen analysis with the patients. Based on this, a treatment plan is recommended. The treatment plan will include one, or a combination of, the following:

    • In vitro fertilization (IVF)

    • Intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI)
    • Intrauterine insemination (IUI)
    • Ovulation induction with follicle tracking and timed intercourse
  • An appointment is scheduled for three days after the semen analysis is performed
  • If the couple wish to proceed with IUI or IVF/ICSI, they are required to pay for the full treatment at the follow-up appointment and are scheduled for a nurse education session.

Treatment

  • Once the patient is in the treatment phase, the couple will meet with the clinical team for a set number of consultations and ultrasounds to monitor progress until the end of the agreed treatment cycle.
