When to Call
Call 4003 1111 for free, confidential advice if you suspect any type of poisoning, including:\n- Medication overdoses (prescription or over-the-counter)\n- Accidental ingestion by children\n- Exposure to household products, chemicals, cleaning agents\n- Snake bites, scorpion stings, or spider bites.
QPC’s specialists provide accurate, calming guidance to help manage the situation safely—often from home.
What to Expect When You Call
- A trained professional will guide you through the necessary steps.
- You may be asked for the patient’s age, weight, medical history, the substance involved, and amount of exposure.
- Not all poisonings require a hospital visit—many can be safely treated at home under our supervision.
- All shared information is confidential.

9:00 AM to 1:00 AM, seven days a week
Note: QPC is a phone-based service only. We do not offer in-person consultations or treatment.

For life-threatening situations, call 999 immediately. QPC cannot dispatch ambulances.
