Aljori Al-Ajji

Health and Wellness Educator

A licensed Health and Wellness Educator with a Bachelor of Science in Public Health, specializing in health education, from the College of Health Sciences at Qatar University. She also holds a master’s degree in healthcare leadership from University of Warwick.

She joined Sidra Medicine in 2017 and has since contributed extensively to health education and promotion initiatives. Her work includes leading and delivering health awareness campaigns, school outreach programs, health literacy initiatives, and patient education workshops.

She is an active member of the Shared Governance Staff Quality Council, contributing to organization-wide quality improvement efforts. She has led multiple quality improvement projects within the Allied Health Department and plays a key role in the Quality Improvement Taskforce at Sidra Medicine. She also serves as a representative lead for the Gaza Response Project, supporting broader international health initiatives.

She currently leads Allied Health projects, overseeing strategic initiatives in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and leadership stakeholders to enhance service delivery, strengthen quality improvement, and support operational excellence within the Allied Health Division.

She has completed the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Basic Certificate in Quality and Patient Safety and is currently pursuing certification as a Health Literacy Specialist, further advancing her expertise in healthcare communication and patient engagement.
