Sarra Aggoun

Dr. Sarra Aggoun is a Specialist in Pediatric Surgery at Sidra Medicine, where she has been part of the surgical team since 2021. In her role, she works closely with consultant pediatric surgeons and provides surgical care for children across inpatient and outpatient settings.

Prior to joining Sidra Medicine, Dr. Aggoun worked for five years as a Specialist Pediatric Surgeon at Hospital University Ferhat Abbas in Setif, Algeria. During this period, she gained extensive experience in neonatal surgery, abdominal and colorectal surgery, hepatobiliary surgery, and day-case pediatric procedures, managing complex surgical conditions across all pediatric age groups.

Dr. Aggoun is committed to delivering safe, compassionate, and high-quality surgical care. She is also actively involved in medical education, supporting the training and mentorship of medical students, residents, and fellows.
