Health Talks with Sidra Medicine

A monthly series in collaboration with QF Office of Wellness and Spiritual Life

Health Talks with Sidra Medicine — is a monthly health education series that brings the hospital’s physicians and specialists directly to the Qatar Foundation community at Multaqa, the Education City Student Center.
Done in collaboration with QF’s Office of Wellness & Spiritual Life, the series will feature a Sidra Medicine physician or specialist leading a session on a health topic relevant to everyday life.

About the series

In busy academic and working lives, health is often the first thing that is postponed. While health information is everywhere, credible answers are increasingly difficult to distinguish from misinformation.
Health Talks with Sidra Medicine was created to close that gap by providing the Qatar Foundation community with direct access to accurate, evidence-based health knowledge from practicing clinicians. The program covers a broad range of areas, including mental wellness, sleep and stress management, relationships and digital wellbeing, fertility awareness, and women’s health.

Format

Every session combines an expert-led discussion in an open question-and-answer format, allowing attendees to engage directly with specialists in an informal setting.

  • Everyday tips to support your overall wellbeing
  • Expert guidance and practical takeaways
  • Open discussion and audience Q&A

Sessions are educational in nature and are not a substitute for medical consultation.
