Overview
Sidra Medicine’s Women’s Health Study Day will provide a platform for the detailed exploration of emerging trends in women’s health and wellness spanning prevention to diagnostics and therapeutics. The study day will be a hybrid event (in-person and online).
Under the theme “Horizons in Gynecology: Evidence-Based updates”, the event’s objective is to meet the learning and knowledge needs of healthcare providers who are involved in the care of women from primary care to tertiary level.
It will also cover the issues and opportunities within a rapidly changing women’s health and wellness landscape including accelerated developments in technology such as Artificial intelligence.
Topics/Sessions
The conference sessions and topics will cover aspects of the following areas:
- Evidence-based medical and surgical management of common gynecological conditionssuch as fibroids, endometriosis and endometrial polyps.
- Women’s health and wellness and personalized health care delivery
- Metabolic disorders such as polycystic ovaries and weight management
- Screening and primary prevention in women’s health
- Optimizing fertility and fertility preservation
- Post reproductive health and menopause
