Overview
The Qatar Pediatric Endocrine and Diabetes Conference (QPEDC) is a multidisciplinary conference organized and hosted by Sidra Medicine. The conference is dedicated to advancing excellence in the care of children and adolescents with endocrine disorders.
QPEDC 2026 will bring together leading regional experts, pediatric endocrinologists, diabetologists, pediatricians, primary care physicians, nurses, dietitians, researchers, and allied health professionals to share the latest advances in clinical practice, research, and innovation.
The scientific programme covers key areas including type 1 and type 2 diabetes, childhood obesity, growth and puberty disorders, thyroid and adrenal diseases, rare endocrine conditions, diabetes technologies, precision medicine, and emerging therapeutics. The conference will also cover novel advances in the treatment of early onset type 1 diabetes, new treatments for some forms of obesity and skeletal dysplasia’s. Through keynote lectures, interactive workshops, case-based discussions, and multidisciplinary collaboration, the conference aims to enhance clinical practice, foster research partnerships, and improve health outcomes for children with endocrine disorders across Qatar.
