• Best Clinical Specialty Contribution to Research – Recognizes a clinical specialty or department that has demonstrated outstanding contributions to impactful research within their field, highlighting collaborative efforts and significant advances in patient outcomes.
• Best Clinical Researcher Award – Honors an individual whose clinical research has led to meaningful, evidence-based change in healthcare practice or policy.
• Best Publication of the Year – Recognizes a research publication (peer-reviewed journal article) led by a Sidra researcher/clinician that demonstrates exceptional scientific merit, novelty, and potential or realized impact on clinical practice or health outcomes.
• Best Translational Case Scenario – Honors a research project that has been effectively translated into patient care, showcasing how research outcomes have led to tangible clinical improvements or innovations at the bedside.
• Best Early Career Researcher – Awarded to a graduate student or researcher within 3 years post-graduation who has demonstrated academic excellence through publications, presentations and awards.
• Innovation Impact Award– Awarded to the individual who supported the greatest number of strategic initiatives while delivering measurable impact to Sidra’s research or clinical mission in 2026.
