Dr. Osamah Al Walid is an Attending Physician in Pediatric Radiology at Sidra Medicine, specializing in pediatric body imaging and neuroimaging. He completed his medical degree at China Medical University, followed by a Master’s and PhD in Medical Imaging and Nuclear Medicine at Huazhong University of Science and Technology (HUST), China, and fellowship training in Pediatric Imaging at Sidra Medicine.
Dr. Al Walid holds the Fellowship of the Royal College of Radiologists (FRCR), the European Diploma in Radiology (EDiR), and the Arab Board in Radiology and Medical Imaging. He is also an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology at Weill Cornell Medicine–Qatar. His clinical and research interests include pediatric imaging, neuroimaging, artificial intelligence applications in radiology, and radiology education. He is actively involved in medical education and research and has contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications.
