Dr. Madeeha Kamal joined Sidra Medicine in 2017 and currently serves as the Acting Division Chief of Adolescent Medicine, General Pediatrics, and Dermatology. Her clinical interests include adolescent health, behavioral pediatrics, eating disorders, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders. She established Qatar’s first multidisciplinary adolescent eating disorder program in 2013 and remains actively involved in research and teaching.

Prior to Sidra Medicine, Dr. Kamal was a Senior Consultant Pediatrician at Hamad Medical Corporation, where she led the Adolescent Medicine Program. Her career spans roles in Bahrain, Canada, and Qatar.

Dr. Kamal holds academic appointments as Professor of Pediatrics at Qatar University – College of Medicine and as Clerkship Director and Associate Professor at Weill Cornell Medicine – Qatar. She is also a member of the U.S. National Board of Medical Examiners, contributing to the development of IFOM examination content.
