Nursing Residency Program
Our 12-month Nursing Residency Program is designed to support newly graduated nurses as they transition into confident, competent clinical professionals. The program includes:
- Structured training through classroom, simulation, and clinical rotations in women’s and pediatric specialties
- One-on-one support from nurse managers, educators, preceptors, and clinical facilitators
- Continuous evaluation and mentoring to foster growth and professional development
