Our Mission

S-CAP supports children and families by identifying signs of abuse and ensuring they receive the medical, emotional, and legal care they need in a compassionate, confidential environment.

Coordinated, Multidisciplinary Support

Our team includes trained physicians, nurses, social workers (including Arabic-speaking staff), and child psychologists. We work closely with:

  • Qatar’s national social services
  • Law enforcement and the legal sector
  • Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS)
  • Other healthcare institutions, schools, and government/non-governmental agencies

Together, we provide a safe, child-friendly setting for:

  • Medical evaluations and psychological assessments
  • Interviewing and counseling
  • Confidential documentation and legal reporting
  • Coordinated referrals and follow-up care

Who We Serve

We care for children and adolescents suspected of experiencing any form of:

  • Physical abuse
  • Emotional or psychological abuse
  • Sexual abuse
  • Neglect

All services are provided discreetly and respectfully to ensure privacy and emotional safety.

    Call our on-call line at 4003 7227 between 8:00 AM and 12:00 midnight.
  • Public Inquiries and Child Helpline:
    If you suspect child abuse, call our dedicated child helpline at 4003 4000. If no one is available to answer, please leave a voicemail with your name and number.
  • For Immediate Danger:
    Call 999 to reach emergency services or police.
  • General Inquiries or Appointments:
