Dr. Walid Mubarak is one of approximately one hundred dedicated fellowship-trained pediatric interventional radiologists worldwide and one of three hundred pediatric interventional society members internationally.

completed his pediatric interventional radiology fellowship at the Hospital for Sick Children (SickKids), University of Toronto, Canada. At Sidra Medicine, he serves as Senior Attending Physician, Program Director of the Pediatric Interventional Radiology Fellowship, and Clinical Lead for Adult Interventional Radiology Services. He also chairs the Vascular Access Committee and leads the Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and Continuing Medical Education (CME) working group.
