Overview
Compassion is at the heart of nursing practice and plays a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality, patient-centered care. Bringing Care Back to Nursing is an interactive workshop designed to strengthen compassionate nursing practice by equipping participants with practical strategies to deliver person-centered care while balancing the demands of today’s healthcare environment.
Through discussion, reflection, and real-world clinical scenarios, participants will explore how compassion influences patient outcomes, identify barriers to compassionate care, and learn how technology can be effectively integrated without losing the human connection that is central to nursing.
