Who Can Be Referred?
We accept referrals for adult men and women, age 18 and up. You may be referred by a Sidra Medicine specialist or an external healthcare provider.
Please note that our clinic does not manage the following:
- Active cancer-related pain
- Palliative/end-of-life care pain
- Cases with ongoing substance abuse or unmanaged mental health conditions
