Advanced Imaging Core (AIC)
The Advanced Imaging Core provides a comprehensive platform for cellular, molecular, and structural imaging. It supports a wide range of applications including diagnostics, translational research, and drug discovery.
This core offers an extensive array of technologies including confocal and multiphoton microscopes, super-resolution imaging systems, high-content screening platforms, automated slide scanners, and spatial proteomics tools. These instruments enable high-resolution imaging of fixed and live samples, functional assays, spatial mapping, time-lapse imaging, and 3D reconstruction.
The facility supports specialized workflows including multiplex immunofluorescence panel development, tissue sectioning, whole mount imaging, and organoid analysis. Expert staff guide researchers through experimental design, sample preparation, acquisition strategies, and data analytics.
Training and knowledge-sharing are integral to the core’s mission. By empowering users with the skills and support needed for advanced imaging, the core ensures every project achieves maximum clarity, reproducibility, and impact.
