Overview
The 12th National Sepsis Symposium 2025 on 14 September 2025 will bring together healthcare professionals from across Qatar and beyond to advance the national response to sepsis.
The symposium will feature a full-day program of expert-led sessions, case reviews, and collaborative discussions. It marks a critical milestone in Qatar’s ongoing efforts to reduce sepsis-related harm and improve patient outcomes through education, innovation, and system-wide engagement.
Objectives
- Identify unmet needs in sepsis management in Qatar
- Identify challenges and their possible solutions of early detection
- Discuss strategies to increase sepsis survival in neonate, pediatrics, women and adults in Qatar
- Summarize knowledge and awareness of Qatar’s national sepsis national plans
- Raise the level of awareness of Quality Improvement Projects at Sidra Medicine and in Qatar
