Trained users may independently access flow cytometry platforms for unassisted sample acquisition, while new or complex projects can be conducted as assisted sessions with core staff support. The core supports acquisition and sorting of both fixed and live samples across a range of experimental needs.

We support multiwell plate-based assays, large-scale phenotypic studies, and screening workflows using standardized acquisition protocols. These services are suitable for drug screening proteomic studies and high-content cellular analysis.

Advanced sorting services are available to isolate highly pure cell populations for downstream applications. The core supports complex, high-dimensional panels, single-cell sorting, and flexible collection formats to enable a broad range of experimental designs.

The Flow Cytometry Core supports bead-based proteomic assays for multiplexed protein and gene expression analysis from small sample volumes. The Flow Cytometry Core offers structured training and certification on core instruments, as well as regular workshops covering flow cytometry acquisition, data analysis, and application-focused topics. Training is designed to build user competency and promote best practices across workflows.

The core supports specialized and clinical-adjacent workflows in collaboration with clinical departments, including validated assay support for Pathology, assisted reproductive services, and oncology-related immune assays. All services are delivered in alignment with institutional governance and quality requirements.
