Fathia Salama is a seasoned pharmacy leader with over 25 years of experience in clinical, operational, and strategic pharmacy practice. Currently serving as Director of Pharmacy at Sidra Medicine since 2018, she has led major initiatives including the commissioning of outpatient services, workforce planning, and integration of advanced automation and digital systems such as Cerner and IV robotics. She played a pivotal role in aligning Sidra’s pharmacy operations with JCI and MOPH standards and previously led the full launch of Al Wakra Hospital’s pharmacy services. Fathia is also recognized for her contributions to national pharmacy regulations, education, and quality improvement, she also holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris.
