Dr. Rasmeh Ali Al Huneiti

Dr. Rasmeh Al-Huneiti is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive expertise in healthcare. She holds a PhD in Medical & Nursing Education from Brunel University, UK.

She is certified in a wide range of areas including Project Management, Quality Management Systems, Clinical Nutrition, primary healthcare, Communication in Healthcare, Health System Development and Strengthening Person-Cenred Facilitation.
Professionally her experience spans nearly 34 years across a variety of challenging roles in healthcare education, regulation, quality management, patients’ safety and clinical practice guidelines, and accreditation across Jordan and Qatar. She has contributed to several national and international healthcare initiatives.

Dr. Al-Huneiti developed and published an E-learning Model for E-health Education in Developing Countries.

Dr. Al-Huneiti is recognized as a consultant trainer at the International Union for Training and Development (IUDT) and Ministry of Public Health (MoPH) trainer in management and professional ethics, customer service, and report writing. She is also lecturer Health Policy & Systems Module for Community Medicine Residency Program (CMRP), Arab Board).

Dr. Al-Huneiti is also served as an adjunct professor at the University of Calgary, Qatar, and regularly contributes as a lecturer at various institutions, focusing on topics such as patient safety, health systems, and leadership in healthcare.

Dr. Al-Huneiti is a member of the National Screening Program Committee, National regulatory framework for clinical trials, and National Chronic Diseases Registry working group and member of NHS3 project team that focuses on developing a National Clinical Effectiveness Framework.
Dr. Al-Huneiti currently serves as the Lead for National Clinical Guidelines Program in the Healthcare Quality Department at MoPH/Qatar.

As a reviewer and editing board member she contributed to several international conferences, peer reviewed journals, her research work is published internationally.
Dr. Al-Huneiti has been recognized for her contributions to improving healthcare quality and education, having received multiple awards and honors for her work.

Dr. Al-Huneiti is highly skilled in communication, change management, negotiation, leadership, and team building, with a passion for fostering healthcare excellence through education, evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
