The Restaurant at Sidra Medicine is located in the Mall level Tower A. Our catering team provides many options to accommodate tastes from around the world. Open 24 hours, breakfast is served from 6:30 - 9:30 am, lunch from 11 am - 3 pm & dinner from 5 - 8 pm. A selection of ‘grab and go’ sandwiches and salads, snack items, baked goods, sweets, Lavazza coffee and soft drinks are always available. Food allergy information is available for all items.

Sidra Medicine is also home to a branch of Dean & David. It is located in the Outpatient Clinic building – Plaza Level and open from 6:30 am to 3:30 pm.

Vending Machines

Vending machines are available at the following locations:

  • Hospital Building – Plaza Level
  • Outpatient Clinic – Plaza Level: Next to the cash point/ATM

Patient Meals

All meals are prepared and cooked on site and are designed to meet the needs of each individual patient’s dietary requirements. Be sure to tell your nurse about any food allergies or special dietary needs to ensure that the appropriate food choices are provided.

Meal Delivery Times:

  • Breakfast: 6:30 am - 9 am
  • Lunch 11 am - 3 pm
  • Dinner 6 pm – 9:30 pm

Outside of these set meals and snack times, nourishment rooms are available on all floors to cater for unplanned snack or beverage requests.

Guest Meals

A room service menu is available 24 hours a day for your guest to take advantage of while they are visiting. The menu can be found in the in-room guide. Outside of meal times a selection of sandwiches, salads and snack items are available together with hot and cold beverages. Please call 30227 from the phone in the patient room to place your order. Payment for food orders must be made by credit card upon delivery. If you wish to pay using cash please visit the restaurant in the Mall Level to place your order.

Food delivery will take between 30-45 minutes. The minimum order for delivery is 10 QR. For your convenience, nutritional and allergy information is listed on the menu. All nutritional information is per 100g unless otherwise stated. Allergens listed are included as ingredients in the recipe. All recipes may contain traces of other allergens – please speak to a member of staff for more information.

Please note that for safety reasons this service may not be available in all clinical areas. If you are visiting a patient in an area where food is not allowed, invite you to dine in the restaurant, which is located in the Mall Level of the hospital building. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day and payment can be made by cash or credit card.

    • Mall Level: Next to the Cafeteria Emergency Area
  • At the Outpatient Clinics– Plaza Level: next to the elevator
