Online Orders Information and Rules
- The online pharmacy request platform is operational from Sunday to Thursday, operating hours being from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- Requesters have the option to choose between collecting their requested medications from the Outpatient Pharmacy or having them delivered to their home.
- If the option to collect requested medications is chosen, requesters will be notified by a pharmacy message when their medication is ready for pickup.
a) They can come for collection between 7 AM and 3:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday.
b) Medications ready for collection will be held for a maximum of 3 working days from the date of notifying the patient. - For home delivery, requesters will receive a link from the pharmacy for medication payment if they are eligible.
a) Payment for home delivery should be completed on the sent date and can be made between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM.
b) If payment is not received by the pharmacy by 4:00 PM, the prepared medication will be retained at the pharmacy for the requester to collect in person. - Online orders controlled medications are not allowed through our pharmacy website. In such cases, caregiver should visit the clinic to obtain a hard copy prescription.
- If there is no existing order in the system for the patient, the pharmacist will reach out to the requester and recommend that the caregiver contacts the clinic to ensure the prescription is placed in the system.
