Simulation Faculty Development workshop

Workshop objectives:
- Understand key simulation concepts and pedagogical strategies to effectively enhance learner engagement in simulation-based education.
- Demonstrate effective facilitation techniques to guide learners through simulation-based education and debriefing sessions.
- Demonstrate effective leadership in facilitating interdisciplinary teamwork and communication during simulated scenarios.
- Operate and utilize simulation technology, manikin software, and equipment effectively to maximize learning outcomes.
This activity is an Accredited (Category 1) as defined by DHP and is approved for a maximum of 12.25hrs.
