Overview
The Ophthalmology Educational Session provides a collaborative learning platform for multidisciplinary healthcare professionals involved in pediatric ophthalmology care. The session focuses on sharing recent clinical experiences, diagnostic approaches, surgical innovations, and management strategies for children with congenital and acquired eye conditions. Through interactive case discussions and knowledge exchange, participants will strengthen clinical decision-making and enhance integrated care pathways.
Objectives
1. Apply the knowledge of ophthalmic principles and surgical techniques to analyze patient cases, interpret diagnostic studies, and develop age-appropriate treatment plans for a variety of pediatric ocular conditions.
2. Develop personalized treatment plans for pediatric patients with complex eye conditions, considering the patient’s unique needs and preferences.
3. Critically examine current research and best practices in pediatric ophthalmology to apply their knowledge and skills to create innovative solutions. By evaluating existing approaches, they will develop new techniques, treatment protocols, and research initiatives aimed at advancing the field and improving patient outcomes.
