Dr. More joined the Sidra Medicine, as an Attending Physician in division of Neonatology in December 2017. Prior to joining SIDRA, Dr. More was working as a Consultant Neonatologist and Director of Newborn transport at Christchurch Women's hospital, New Zealand for about 3 and half years. This was academic position with affiliation to University of Otago as Clinical Senior Lecturer.
Following his medical studies and Pediatric specialization in India with special training in neonatal and pediatric intensive care he moved to Australia. He completed his training in Pediatrics with advance training in Neonatal-Perinatal medicine by working at different centers across Australia and was awarded the Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) in 2013.
Dr More moved to Toronto, Canada to refine his clinical neonatology and to pursue his interest in neonatal cardiology. He underwent fellowship Neonatal-Perinatal medicine and also targeted neonatal echocardiography fellowship at Hospital for Sick children by formal training along with pediatric cardiology. Dr More also successfully completed structured research training in Clinical epidemiology and biostatistics at Harvard Medical school, Boston, USA. Dr More also did training in leadership and medical administration by completing associate fellowship of Royal Australasian College of Medical administrators.Dr. More currently serves as the lead for formalizing Clinical Guidelines for NICU and also part of Neonatal ECMO team. He takes active interest in education/teaching/simulations and training in point of care ultrasound. His focus of clinical research interests is in Neonatal haemodynamics and neuro-critical care.
