Nour Saleh is an accomplished leader in human research protection and governance, with over a decade of experience in Qatar’s academic healthcare sector. She previously served as Director of the Human Subjects Research Protection Program at Sidra Medicine, where she led institutional efforts to ensure alignment with international regulatory standards and uphold the highest levels of ethical oversight in human subjects research.

Recognized for her expertise in HRPP, IRB operations, and regulatory compliance, Nour has played a key role in strengthening research governance frameworks and advancing accreditation initiatives. Her leadership has supported the development of robust research infrastructure, post-approval monitoring programs, and investigator training.

Nour also contributes actively to national and international research ethics efforts, including her involvement with the Ministry of Public Health’s National Clinical Research Review Committee and the PRIM&R Advisory Council. Known for her professionalism, integrity, and collaborative leadership style, she continues to drive excellence in ethical research practices and research compliance.
