Dr. Patricia A Abboud MD, MBA, CPE is an American Board Certified Pediatrician and Pediatric Critical care physician and the Executive Director of Medical Services in the CMO office at Sidra Medicine. In addition to her patient care responsibilities, she oversees the clinical administration, operational, efficiency, and alignment with the broader objectives of the executive leadership team. She’s responsible for medical workforce management and supporting the CMO in recruitment, engagement, and physician performance management. Her interests include pediatric sepsis and immunology as well as physician leadership and management. She serves as the Chair of the Patient Experience Steering Committee and is part of Sidra Medicines (PFAC) Patient and Family Advisory Council.
